The rules of using DenylClaims

Plain language about what you agree to when you join the waitlist, what changes when you enter a pilot, and the boundaries that keep the product safe for your clinic while we build.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

01

Acceptance & eligibility

By using DenylClaims — joining the waitlist, exploring the marketing site, or generating documents during a pilot — you agree to these terms.

DenylClaims is built for licensed physical-therapy clinics and the practitioners who document care in them. If you are not the person authorised to agree to terms on behalf of your clinic, please loop that person in before you sign up for a paid plan.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the product. Continuing to use it after we publish changes counts as acceptance of the updated version.

02

Early-access program

The early-access waitlist is a free, no-obligation way to be considered for the pilot. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a slot, does not start a billing relationship, and does not make DenylClaims a covered service under HIPAA on its own.

The PT Pilot is a product-validation program using synthetic or properly de-identified information only. It does not claim HIPAA compliance or imply that a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available.

General availability — paid plans available to any qualifying clinic — comes after the early-access program closes.

03

Acceptable use

Do not paste real protected health information (PHI) into DenylClaims. DenylClaims is currently available for demonstration using synthetic or properly de-identified information only.

Do not use DenylClaims to generate documentation outside the scope of clinical care documentation for the clinic on whose behalf you are using the product. Specifically: no illegal content, no impersonation, no attempt to circumvent the product, and no resale or redistribution of generated documents beyond the clinic that produced them.

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape at volume, or interfere with the security of the service. We will suspend access while we investigate anything that looks like abuse, and we will talk to you before we do.

04

Account & billing

The early-access waitlist is free. You can ask us to remove your record at any time and we will, on the schedule described in the privacy policy.

Paid plans, once generally available, are priced per clinic, billed monthly, and have no minimum commitment beyond the current billing month. You can cancel any time and you will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds inside the current billing window are handled case by case. If something is wrong, write to us before the window closes and we will work it out with you.

05

Generated documents

DenylClaims produces drafts of payer-matched documentation — denial appeals, prior-authorization letters, audit responses — based on the inputs you provide. The output is decision support, not legal or medical advice.

Your clinic remains the charting authority of record. Treating clinicians review, edit as needed, and sign off on every document before it leaves the clinic. DenylClaims does not submit documents on your behalf and does not interact with payers directly.

You retain responsibility for the clinical accuracy of inputs and for the final disposition of every document the clinic produces. We are responsible for the quality of the draft and for surfacing the payer rules we used to generate it.

06

Intellectual property

DenylClaims retains ownership of the product, the underlying payer-rules corpus, the document-generation pipeline, and the brand, look, and copy on this site.

You retain ownership of the inputs you paste into DenylClaims (the draft notes, audit answers, and clinical context your clinic provides), and of the documents the product generates for your clinic.

You grant us a limited licence to process those inputs and outputs only to deliver the product to your clinic, to surface payer-rule insights that improve the draft, and to produce anonymised, aggregate statistics about how the product performs across clinics.

07

Disclaimers & liability

During the early-access program, DenylClaims is provided "as is" and "as available". There is no uptime or response-time service-level agreement, no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and no guarantee that the draft output will satisfy every payer on the first pass.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to DenylClaims is capped at the fees you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have not yet paid us, at one hundred US dollars. We exclude indirect, incidental, and consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this page is intended to override a separately verified future agreement or any right you cannot waive as a matter of applicable law.
